The unrelenting fixture list continued as Blues faced another midweek game (our 8th in a row) with a trip to the Bolton's Toughsheet stadium.
St Andrews was sold out once again for this year's final League One top of the table clash and the early kick-off would more or less decide whether Blues can run away with the title, or if Wycombe could challenge for a little while longer...
Amidst one of the most brutal runs of fixtures this season, Blues welcomed in-form Leyton Orient to St Andrews on Tuesday night.
Simply put, that was St Andrews at it's best and the team rose to the occasion magnificently.
Both sides came into the fixture in good form, Blues still undefeated in all competitions since November's trip to Shrewsbury, whilst Stevenage had won 4 on the bounce, including impressive away wins over in-form Leyton Orient, previously unbeaten at home Wrexham, and play-off chasing Barnsley, with a 4-1 win over Exeter to top it off.
Steve Evans' comments prior to our trip to Rotherham earlier in the season did the rounds around social media, as he referred to Blues as "Real Birmingham" and called us the Galacticos however he wasn't quite so extreme in his praise this time, and his much improved Rotherham side provided a good test for Blues.
Before their 1-0 defeat to managerless Bolton last time out, the Terrier's hadn't lost a league game since visiting St Andrews early on in October - Bolton might've ended their run, but Huddersfield still posed a significant challenge at home.
Since our last report, Blues have continued our form through two cups and the league, and went into arguably the toughest away game of the season 14 games unbeaten.
